What would be the best baits to have in your tackle box for any season of the year?

Answer:

My "must have" baits include:

Jig and trailer
Shaky-head worm
Spinnerbait
Topwater- buzzbait, frog, spook, and chugger
A lipless crankbait- Rat-L-Trap, etc.
Crankbait- medium and deep diver
Plastic worm or creature bait
Finesse bait for drop-shotting

The list above covers the entire water column and the ability to target bass under most conditions and structure. Keep your color selection basic. Match the forage in which they are feeding on. This will save you money, time on the water and space in your tackle box.
