Answer:
The top three lures in summer in Wisconsin would depend somewhat on the lake, but in everybody's top 5 would be these three:
Unweighted Senko-type bait for dock fishing
1/8 oz green pumpkin jigworm/shaky head for deep weedlines
Plastic frog for heavy cover
